Excellent realistic understanding of the ever changing property market both locally and nationally with a plan to reach suitable buyers.Open 7 days per week with all viewings accompanied. Very professional throughout with realistic valuation, document and brochure preparation. Marketing was first class with contact only as necessary to achieve a sale which was within 2 weeks, at the top end of expectation. We felt confident throughout which included an in house energy survey.
